Refund Policy

1. Return & Refund Period

  • You may request a return/refund within 30 days from the date you receive the item.

  • Requests made after this period might not be accepted.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery).


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it (i.e. no damage, stains, or wear).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).


3. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Any item that has been used, damaged by the customer, or altered from its original condition

If an item is marked non‑returnable in its description, this policy overrides the standard return terms for that product.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. We will review and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

  3. Once approved, you must ship the item back to the address we provide, following our return instructions.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s choice (change of mind, wrong selection), the customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we will refund your purchase by the original method of payment.

  • The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days (or as per your payment provider’s timing).

  • Please note that bank or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. Exchanges

9. Cancellations
